How long will the session last?
All shoots apart from Newborn shoot last between 60 and 90 minutes. Newborn shoots take a little longer due to the unpredictability of tiny babies.

What do we wear?
Plain, casual clothes are generally best. All white, black and heavily patterned clothing should be avoided if possible. You may live to regret patterns and highly visible logos inthe years to come however fashionable they are right now! Above all though everyone should wear something they feel good in rather than 'dressed up' in.

What happens after the shoot?
I will edit, colour correct and retouch all the images to ensure that they are perfect. I will then prepare your bespoke slideshow and come back to show you your final pictures. All the images will then be uploaded to the client area of this website so that you can go through them at your leisure, share them with others and order any extra prints that you like outside of the initial number included in the price.

How long will we wait until we see the photos?
I hate waiting so I really try to turn the pictures around as quickly as I can. I will aim to book your viewing in for no later than a week after the shoot. If for any reason it is likely to take longer than this, I will let you know at the time of the shoot if not before.

How and When should we pay?
I charge the full fee on return of the booking form. Don't forget if you don't like your photos, I do offer the money back guarantee. Cash, cheques (made payable to Jude Jarvis) or online transfer (details are on the booking form) are all great.

What happens if one of us is ill or we have to cancel the shoot?
Unfortunately I can not refund your fee if you decide to cancel the shoot. If you would like to postpone the shoot to another date, I charge a 50 rebooking fee.
